Zarubezhneft won two awards at the annual reports contest Vision Awards 2019/20, which is held by the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP)
According to the financial statements with the results of operations for 2020 made under IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), with the Group's consolidated revenue in the amount of 82.9 billion rubles the consolidated EBITDA amounted to 21.5 billion rubles.
The Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) has assigned the highest credit rating to the Russian oil and gas company Zarubezhneft at the AAA (RU) level with a Stable outlook.
Despite the challenging macroeconomic environment Zarubezhneft managed to finish the year with net profit over 10 billion rubles. Owing to that the company continued increasing its dividends contributions to the budget of the Russian Federation fourth year in a row and has paid record-setting 6.7 billion rubles of dividends.
The rating agency Expert RA has assigned a ruAAA credit rating to Zarubezhneft JSC with its forecast stating “stable”.
