Zarubezhneft JSC group of companies carries out oil and gas search and exploration works on the territory of Russian Federation, in Vietnam, in Republic of Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and in Cuba

Realization of project in the Downstream Segment was started after signing Contract with the Government of the Republic of Srpska (autonomous republic within Bosnia and Herzegovina) in 2007

Main upstream operations of Zarubezhneft JSC are JV Vietsovpetro in Vietnam and JC RUSVIETPETRO in the northern part of Russia

Direction of services of Zarubezhneft is represented by subsidiaries LLC Zarneftservis and LLC Zarubezhneftestroymontazh, Arcticmorneftegazrazvedka OJSC

In September, 2012 on the basis of an order of Government Commission on High Technology and Innovation the Program of innovative development of Zarubezhneft for 2012-2017 (with prospect till 2030) was developed and approved by Board of directors
