Management carrer track enables employees to grow and develop up the career ladder, improve their managerial potential, improve administrative and managerial competencies.. 

The training of high-potential successor specialists for managers of all levels of management is carried out in the personnel reserve. Zarubezhneft is also actively implementing a program of internal staff rotation between the enterprises of the Group of Companies.

For reservists, corporate and individual training programs are implemented on the basis of the internal School of Leadership with the involvement of leading experts and business coaches. The personnel reserve system is constantly being improved, as a result of which the share of internal appointments to managerial positions from among the reservists is increasing annually. As part of the comprehensive training of reservists, there is an internal mentoring program in which senior and middle managers take active part.
