After long term inaction the wells are put into operation, the production rate of each well is 40,000 tonnes of oil per day. In 2003 Assam Asset, ONGC signed a contract, that was implemented in 2004, to provide consulting services for assessment of non-operating and non-optimized wells in order to increase production from wells of Lakwa-Lakhmani, Geleki and Rudrasagar fields in the state of Assam.
